This Sunday the 14th, join us at CycleBar on Orchard Parkway in Westminster. This is a great opportunity to support a good cause and enjoy a great social workout.Therideis $25 and will benefitPreFlightCamp, a six day aviation summer camp for girls. The spin instructor, Emma, is a pilot herself.Arrive 15 minutes early for a shoe and bike fitting if you're new to spin classes. Shoes and towels are provided. Hope to see you there!
