Greeley Weld County Airport Days
Our EAA chapter has for years hosted a Learn to Fly day in May. We have combined it with the airport day this year. June should offer better odds for good weather. One of the features of our learn to fly day is airplane rides for $10 a person. Weather permitting we typically will fly 200 plus individuals on that day. Flights are provided by Aims Community College Aviation Department. This year they will be using 5 of their new PA-28 aircraft, complete with all glass panels.
