Our next rally is the 10th of June the second Saturday. Yes we moved the rally for many reasons for this month only. June 10th is the international Young Eagle Day. I am hoping you all can help out with this event so please let me know.
Here is the usual info;
Pilots –
Please make sure you have supplies to disinfect the head sets or whatever you want to disinfect.
Time line:
0700 – Doors open at EOF… not before
0730 – please have your planes parked. If you are not familiar with KAPA then please ask Centennial Ground for a progressive over to the Wings Over the Rockies Museum.
0745 – we will have a safety meeting with tower personnel, and Centennial Operations, Check in with Micaela Thomas with your Tail number and EAA number.
0800 – We will start flying Young Eagles
1100-1130 – we will be done flying
Ground crew –
Please make sure you are dressed for the weather.
Time line:
0700 – Doors open at EOF not before
0715 – please be at the EOF
0720 – ramp safety meeting / assignments
0800 – working the rally
