Jet Aviation Signs 30-Year Lease for New FBO at Colorado Airport

Jet Aviation, a major global FBO service provider, has signed a 30-year lease to establish a new Fixed Base Operator at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC), with construction beginning next year and opening targeted for 2028. The 15-acre facility will include a 7,500 sq ft FBO, 70,000 sq ft of hangar space, and 200,000 sq ft of ramp, positioning it as an anchor tenant in a new aviation campus development. This expansion addresses growing demand for private aviation services in the Rocky Mountain region and will enhance aeronautical services available to general aviation pilots using KBJC.
