Colorado city ends yearslong effort to close airport

# Boulder Municipal Airport Secure

After six years of attempts to close Boulder Municipal Airport, the city has reversed course and is now pursuing grant funding to maintain the facility’s operations. This decision ensures continued availability of the airport for general aviation pilots in the Boulder area and represents a significant win for aviation advocates defending Colorado’s airport infrastructure.
