Let’s go stargazing and get up close with planets!
All are invited to look up and explore the universe on our tarmac and get the best view of Uranus as it sits directly opposite the Sun from Earth.
Experience:
– Learn about the importance of night skies courtesy of the Denver Astronomical Society
– Use telescopes and astrophotography equipment to get a unique glimpse at the stars
– Chat with the Planetary Science Institute
– Participate in planet-themed crafts, activities and games
– Hear special talks from experts in our classroom at 6 and 7 p.m.
