How do I join CPA?
Visit our Join Today page for membership options and registration. Individual memberships start at $30/year, and student memberships are free.
How do I renew my membership?
Log in to your account and visit your profile to renew. You can also contact us at General Information for assistance.
How do I sign up for the Mountain Flying Ground School?
Check the Ground School page for dates and pricing, then contact Brian Brieske at Mountain Flying Program to register.
How do I join a fly-in trip?
Watch the Colorado Aviation Calendar and CPA newsletter for upcoming fly-ins. Most trips are announced with registration details via email. Contact Fly-In Committee with questions.
How do I update my directory listing?
Log in and visit your profile to update your information. You can also adjust your visibility settings to control what other members can see.
How do I post a classified ad?
Post it yourself from the Submit a Classified Ad page. If your membership is active the ad goes live straight away; otherwise it waits for the webmaster to review it. Browse current ads on the Classified Ads page, and email Classified Ads if anything gives you trouble.
I’m a flight instructor — how do I get listed in the Mountain Instructors directory?
CPA members who are active CFIs with mountain flying experience can request to be listed. Contact us with your credentials, aircraft types, and base airport.
Does CPA offer flight training?
CPA offers the Mountain Flying Ground School (classroom instruction) but does not directly provide flight training. See our Mountain Instructors directory for CFIs who offer mountain checkout flights.
