Your Member Guide
Welcome to the Colorado Pilots Association. Your dues fund scholarships and advocacy for general aviation in Colorado, and they unlock a good deal on this website. This page walks through all of it, one section at a time, with a link into each feature.
Keep this page handy: it is linked from My Account and from your name in the top-right menu whenever you are signed in.
Start here
Three things worth doing in your first ten minutes.
- Sign in. Your username is the email address on your membership. First time here, or forgotten your password? Use Lost your password and a reset link arrives by email.
- Fill in your profile. Home airport, certificate, and aircraft live under My Account β Profile. The site uses your home airport to sort day trips by distance and to pre-fill forms.
- Choose what other members can see. Directory Visibility controls which fields appear in the member directory. Everything is off until you turn it on.

| Question | Where to go |
|---|---|
| When does my membership expire? | My Account β Membership Status shows the date. You also get reminder emails 30 days and 7 days out. |
| How do I renew? | From Membership Status, or turn on Auto-Renew there and your card is charged on the expiry date with a receipt by email. |
| Which emails will I get? | Choose which kinds of CPA email you get, or turn them all off, in My Account β Email Preferences. Most CPA emails end with a link there. Receipts, password resets and official club notices such as the Annual Meeting notice still arrive, and so does mail to the board, chairs and volunteers. |
| Can I get a copy of my data, or close my account? | Both are under My Account β Your Data. Deletion has a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind. |
| Something is not working. | Check the FAQ, or use the contact form and it reaches the right volunteer. |
