AN INADVERTENT GEAR UP LANDING WHEN THE PILOT IN COMMAND AND DESIGNATED EXAMINER FAILED TO USE PROPER PROCEDURES. A FACTOR WAS: FAILURE OF THE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION MOTOR.
