POWER LOSS DUE TO LOW FUEL PUMP PRESSURE AND A CHAFED UPPER DECK REFERENCE LINE. A FACTOR WAS: THE PILOT'S INABILITY TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DUE TO A PARTIALLY EXTENDED MAIN LANDING GEAR.
